Yum-O!

I just enjoyed a little snack (since I really didn't eat lunch) and I thought this is too good not to share with all of you! (This is leftover from my Usborne party Thursday night - see below- and didn't just make it for a snack . . . in case you were wondering! :)

Yum-O Apple Dip . . . for a perfect cool, crisp, fall day!

Melt 1 bag of butterscotch chips and a can of sweetened condensed milk slowly on the stove. Add 2 T. of vinegar and 1/2 t. of cinnamon and mix. Serve with cold, crisp Granny Smith apple slices (or apple of your choice) I think the tartness of the Granny Smith goes great with this sweet dip. Enjoy!
