Boys Day Out

Chad took Lawton fishing at Ryan's parents farm with our Sunday School class back in May when Carolina wasn't even two weeks old. They had a great time together using the fishing pole that Carolina had "brought" him when she was born. He instantly loved her for that! :) Thanks Ryan and Lauren for planning such a memorable day for my boys! Lawton needed to get out . . . he prayed consistently for the first couple of weeks to "please go somewhere" at the end of every prayer. Bless his heart!

Wow! What a big one! (with a little help from Robert . . . thanks!)

Most of these pictures were taken when she was two to three weeks old. Sorry about the pics that aren't rotated . . . I don't know how to turn them at the moment and don't really want to take the time . . . :)

We had to go see Dr. Godfrey for a weight check when she was five days old. Miss Piggy had gained 11 ounces in three days! She had dropped to 7 lbs. 1 oz. when we left the hospital and was up to 7 lbs. 12 oz. at the doctor!

A sweet profile shot . . .

She was born with a head full of hair!
