This was dinner the other night. Man, was it yummy!! I have "dinner ruts" quite often, so I thought I would throw this one out there for any of you that are in a rut. Not that this is at all original, because you could find this at most any "chain" restaurant, but you might not ever make it at home. . .I just cooked the fresh chicken strips in some olive oil on the stove top with a little Kosher salt and pepper. Add a bag of spinach, can of mandarin oranges, strawberries, feta cheese, pecans out of the freezer, and top it with a little Kraft creamy poppy seed dressing. Talk about easy and delicious! I want this again. Right now.
And guess what I just found? This Kraft website has some tasty looking ideas . . . I'm going to have to try some!!Lawton even cleaned his plate. . . all except for the "leaves". He looked at his plate and said "Why are these leaves on my plate?" It was worth a shot . . .

Kraft sends out a magazine about 4 times a year, full of great seasonal recipes. It's free and gives tons of ideas for those 'rut' moments. I think you can sign up online.
hey do you get kraft food and family magazine? you would love it. register on their website. They have a grilled chicken caesar salad in the summer issue that looks good.
my sentiment exactly on the "leaves" :-)!! ..but the salad does look good, just can't get it in my mouth!
